The Brief
The Telegraph online Marketing department wanted to set-up a microsite that would offer deals specifically selected by the Telegraph. This was to be a new product that was similar to Groupon and other deal-of-the-day type services.
Similar to Groupon the promotion was only valid if a certain number of consumers purchased the deal within 24 hours. Every 24 hours a new promotion would be displayed and a count-down clock would alert users to how long they had before the offer expired.
